Introduction

“Composite Regional Centre for Skill Development, Rehabilitation, & Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Chhatarpur” is functioning under the administrative control of Ali Yavar Jung National Institute for Speech & Hearing Disabilities (Divyangjan), Mumbai, (Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India). CRC- Chhatarpur is working as composite regional Centre since 8th April, 2023 with the objective of providing a number of Centre based clinical and community-based rehabilitation services to persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Madhya Pradesh. It was inaugurated by Dr. Virendra Kumar, Hon’ble Union Minister, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India in the gracious presence of Shri Om Prakash Sakhlecha, Hon’ble cabinet Minister of MSME & Science and Technology, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh.
